New
- Edit, pause and delete tasks: change the name, how often it repeats, the next due date and your notes. Pause a task you do not need right now and resume it later, or delete it and keep its history.
- Scan the rating label: photograph the sticker on a boiler, water heater or appliance and Maintainly fills in the brand, model and serial number. The text is read on your iPhone, and the photo is discarded afterwards.
- Recall check: check any piece of equipment against the US Consumer Product Safety Commission recall list, free, from its screen.
- PDFs and camera in the vault: add warranties and receipts as PDFs from Files or photograph paper ones, link them to the equipment they cover, view them in the app and share them.
- Documents in the Home Report: the PDF report now lists your warranties, receipts and policies, and shows which completed work has a photo in the app, ready for an insurer or a buyer.
- Backup and restore: save everything, including photos and PDFs, to one file in Files or iCloud Drive, and restore it on a new iPhone. Free, and it works without an account.
- Pro is now one purchase: $19.99 once in the US, with no subscription. Everyone who bought the yearly plan keeps Pro.
- European task packs: the car inspection for Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, plus the Feuerstättenschau, brandskyddskontroll, the Italian boiler efficiency check, Spanish gas inspection and French SPANC septic inspection, each with who arranges it and what to keep.
- Home energy and garden tasks: solar panels, home batteries, EV chargers, e-bike and scooter charging safety, pool opening and closing, basement damp, damp and mould, and the lawn mower. Your pool and basement answers now shape your plan.
- Edit or delete a home: change its country, postcode, heating, type and features at any time. A new home gets its own starter plan instead of an empty list.

- Real calendars everywhere: reschedule to any day, record the day a job was done, and enter install, purchase, warranty and expiry dates exactly.
- A banner on the home screen when notifications are off, with one tap to turn them back on.
- Search your tasks, and a Paused filter to find what you have set aside.
- Tapping the home screen widget opens the task it shows, and the widget always names your next task.
- Dates and times follow your region's format, costs use your home's currency, and reminders use each task's own written line.
- A plan fits where you live: country and heating default to your region, flats are not given roof and gutter jobs, and the chimney sweep only appears for homes with a fireplace or stove.
- Calmer first weeks: a new plan is spread out instead of all due at once, and several reminders at the same time arrive as one.
- Tapping a system on the home screen shows just that system's tasks.
Fixed
- Changes made on one device while it was offline now reach your other devices.
- Signing in on a new iPhone brings back your existing home instead of creating a second one.
- Signing out on one device no longer stops reminders on the others, and you stay signed in for a year instead of a week.
- Freeze warnings work with postcodes typed with or without a space, warn once before a hard freeze instead of repeating, and ask for a postcode when one is missing.
- Photos and PDFs added before signing in now upload afterwards, and deleting an item removes its file.
- A second home can add the same library tasks as the first.
