Add your home, tap the equipment you own, and accept the starter plan. Maintainly builds a tailored task list with sensible schedules in about two minutes. You can add, edit, or remove tasks any time.
A 0-100 measure of how on top of upkeep you are. Overdue tasks pull it down (safety tasks weigh the most), and completing tasks on time builds it back up. Tap the score on Home to see exactly what is affecting it.
Free reminders arrive 3 days before a task is due, at 9:00 AM. Safety tasks get a 7 day heads-up and seasonal tasks 14 days. With Pro you can set your own delivery time and lead times in Settings, then Reminders.
First make sure notifications are allowed for Maintainly in your phone settings. Then check that the task has a due date, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing alerts. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so no internet is needed.

Install Maintainly, open Settings, tap Upgrade, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you originally purchased with.
No. Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel. If you bought the earlier yearly plan, it keeps working and you can cancel its renewal in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions.
Yes. Tap the + button on the tab bar to create a task with your own title, category, and repeat schedule. You can also browse the task library from the Tasks tab and add proven tasks with one tap.
Open the task and tap Reschedule. You can snooze it 1 day, 3 days, or 1 week, or skip this occurrence, which logs it and rolls the schedule forward to the next due date.
Yes. Everything is stored on your device first, so you can add, complete, and edit tasks anywhere. If you sign in, your data syncs to the cloud automatically when you are back online.
No. You can use Maintainly as a guest on one device. Creating a free account adds backup and sync, so your data follows you to a new phone.
Yes, with Pro. Tap the home name at the top of the Home screen to open the property switcher, then Add a property. Each property keeps its own tasks, equipment, score, and history.
Pro users can export their full history as a CSV from Settings. To erase everything permanently, go to Settings and tap Delete account. This removes your data from the device and our servers and cannot be undone.
