Why one price?
A home lasts decades, and a maintenance record is only useful if you keep it that long. A subscription you might cancel in year three is the wrong shape for that. Pro is priced like a good tool: buy it once, use it for years.
$19.99 is less than one furnace filter a year for the life of most subscriptions.
If you bought the earlier yearly plan, nothing changes for you: it keeps unlocking Pro, and you can cancel its renewal any time in your Apple ID settings.

Common questions
Is Maintainly really free?
Yes. The free plan covers one home with up to 10 pieces of equipment and 20 tasks, and it does not expire. No account and no card are needed to start, and the app works offline.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase of $19.99 in the US. Apple sets the equivalent price in other countries and shows it in the app before you buy. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
I bought the yearly plan. What happens now?
Nothing changes for you. Your subscription keeps unlocking Pro for as long as it renews. If you would rather switch, cancel the renewal in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions and buy Pro once when it ends.
Do I need an account to use Maintainly?
No. Maintainly works offline on your device with no account at all. You only need to sign in if you want to sync between devices. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not to a Maintainly account.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Your data stays on your device. The free limits only apply to adding new homes, equipment and tasks, and Pro-only screens such as the vault and cost insights close until you unlock Pro again.
Can I use one purchase on more than one device?
Yes. Pro is tied to your Apple ID, so tap Restore Purchases on any device signed in to the same account. Sign in inside Maintainly if you also want your data to sync between them.
